Good news: we’ve made resetting your password easy as pie.
To help you and your members access your groups more quickly, we’ve removed the password reset security questions and temporary passwords that stood between you and a new password.
Now with the new and improved password reset process, just click “forgot password” under the BigTent sign in box and follow the prompts. You’ll then get an email with a link to access your account and create a new password. Keep in mind that this emailed link is only valid for 4 hours.

Sorry I missed this comment earlier. I went into our system and reset your password. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new BigTent password.
