Now it’s even easier to sign up members and manage their information in your BigTent groups:
Member manage page. This new addition your group’s Manage area enables you to navigate all the ins and outs of the membership process. You can change membership types and end dates, suspend or remove members, and create exceptions to your group renewal rules.
For example, let’s say Helene enjoyed her trial membership and upgraded early to a full membership. In just a few clicks, you can make this change in your group records:
Revised enrollment process. We’ve shortened the number of steps it takes for a new member to join your group, and we’ve made things more familiar by adding your group name and logo to every sign up page.

I can’t get big tent to regester my email so I can continue to receive the emails…can you help me? No one will get back to me. I got an email to confirm that I wanted to continue the emails, and I tried to register, but it won’t accept me…HELP! Thanks, Ellen Dolny
